Programme of Tadarus Alquran at Surau Fatimah Az- Zahra, Taman Desa Gemilang

 




On 30 March 2024, Saturday, our section (13) had a program called " Tadarus Al- Quran " for residents in Taman Desa Gemilang. The purpose we did this program is because we know, a charity program like this can aim to increase our understanding with the "Kitabullah"

Participating in the Programme of " Tadarus Al-Quran" with the residents of Taman Desa Gemilang was a truly rewarding and enriching experience. As a volunteer, I had the opportunity to engage with the local community and share in their dedication to the recitation and study of the Quran.


The program's emphasis on fostering a sense of community and spiritual growth was palpable. Witnessing the residents' enthusiasm and commitment to the Quranic teachings was both humbling and inspiring.


Through our collective discussions and reflections, I gained a deeper appreciation for the role of the Quran in guiding daily life and strengthening one's faith.

Participating in this program has not only broadened my understanding of Islamic traditions but has also reminded me of the power of community engagement and the transformative impact it can have on both individuals and the collective. It is an experience I will cherish and seek to replicate in other contexts.

Picture 2: Before starting the tadarus, Sr. Adleena, as the leader in Usrah Action 2, briefed us and the resident about the programme and divided them into 7 groups with two people to start the tadarus and khatam until Juzuk 15. The balance of the tadarus will be continued by the resident the next day until Juzuk 30.

  Situations (a) **Preparation of Bubur Lambuk Porridge for Iftar:**    We stirred large pots of bubur lambuk, the fragrant aroma of spices filling the air as my usrah members and I gathered in a spacious kitchen. Each member had their task: chopping vegetables, stirring the porridge, and seasoning it just right. Laughter and chatter filled the room as we worked together, strengthening bonds and enjoying each other's company. (b) **Preparing for Iftar Menu:**    I found myself sitting around a table, pens in hand, as we discussed the menu for the evening's iftar. There were considerations for dietary restrictions, preferences, and variety. Suggestions flew back and forth, and compromises were made to ensure everyone's needs were met. Desa Gemilang Bubur Lambuk & Iftar Perdana

  My name is Shahira Anggreni Binti Suryadi from KAED majoring in Quantity Surveying (2218202).  On 23 March 2024, Saturday , our section (13) had a program called "Desa Gemilang Bubur Lambuk and Iftar perdana " for residents in Taman Desa Gemilang. The purpose we did this program is because we know, a charity program like this can aim to liven up the month of Ramadan with charitable activities while reaping the blessings and virtues of Ramadhan.  Therefore, at this time, I will share my experience by doing this program.  Social Impact For the team, we divided into 2 teams, which are in the morning session. They will do all the preparation and start cooking the bubur lambuk for the girls, while the boys will conduct cleaning inside the surau. In the evening session, the next activity is preparing the iftar for all the residents and distributing the bubur lambuk.
